design and construction of coaxial and fiber-optic related infrastructures for nearly 15 years. Collectively, the Western Utility management team boasts more than 50 years experience in coaxial construction: 46 years experience with engineering design and construction, 20 years with fiber optics and communication system design and 30 years in utility construction and related activities. A pioneer in the field, we provide underground construction and installation services for sewer ,water, wiring and cable (fiber / copper) \ distribution services, including many located in the publicways of the City of Chicago and suburban municipalities.
